1. Acceptance
MsPinaQ LLC grants access to this website and its services only to users who accept these Terms. We may update the Terms; the version published on the site is effective when posted.
2. Accounts & Eligibility
- Member features (likes, saves, comments, photo sharing) require Google sign-in.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and activity under your account.
- Services are not directed to users under 16 (or a higher age required by local law).
- We may suspend or terminate accounts for abuse, spam, or security violations.
3. Intellectual Property
Recipes, photographs, videos, brand assets, software, and editorial content are owned by MsPinaQ LLC or its licensors unless stated otherwise. Commercial reproduction, republication, or derivative works without prior written consent are prohibited. Reasonable personal, non-commercial quoting and linking are welcome.
4. Community Content (UGC)
Comments and “I cooked this” photos remain your content. By submitting them, you grant MsPinaQ a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to display, format, promote, and archive that content on our services. You retain ownership.
You represent that your content is lawful, does not infringe others’ rights, and is not harmful or misleading. Photos may require approval before publication; we may reject or remove content.
Prohibited: hate speech, harassment, spam, illegal content, impersonation, malware, and sharing others’ private images without permission.
4A. User Generated Content & DMCA Take-Down Policy (Safe Harbor)
MsPinaQ LLC intends to qualify for the service-provider “safe harbor” under 17 U.S.C. § 512 (DMCA). Comments and photos uploaded by users are third-party content. MsPinaQ does not pre-screen every submission, but will act promptly on valid notices.
Notice: A copyright owner or authorized agent should send a written infringement notice to: mspinaq@gmail.com.
A valid DMCA notice typically includes: (1) a signature, (2) identification of the copyrighted work, (3) the location (URL) of the allegedly infringing material, (4) your contact details, (5) a good-faith statement, and (6) a statement under penalty of perjury.
Upon a valid notice, we will seek to remove or disable access to the material. Repeat infringers may have accounts restricted or terminated.
Counter-Notice: If you believe your content was removed in error, you may send a counter-notice meeting statutory requirements to the same DMCA address. Where appropriate, we may restore the content.

- Informational only: AI suggestions are inspirational; accuracy or outcomes are not guaranteed.
- User verification: You must verify cooking times, temperatures, and food safety.
6. Health & Allergy
- Recipes are not guaranteed allergen-free. Cross-check ingredients against your needs.
- Content is not medical advice. MsPinaQ LLC is not liable for illness, injury, or adverse reactions from recipes or AI suggestions.
7. Acceptable Use
Use the service lawfully. Automated bulk abuse, security bypass, reverse engineering beyond what law permits, harassment, or harming infrastructure is prohibited.
8. Affiliate Links
We may include third-party product links and may earn a commission on purchases. We are not responsible for external sites’ content or privacy practices.
9. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, MsPinaQ LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including lost profits or data). Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
10. Indemnity
You agree to defend and hold MsPinaQ LLC harmless from third-party claims arising from your content, misuse of your account, or violation of these Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory local consumer protections remain reserved.
